This workout has been proven to work, and i my self am using it, it is hard but belive me it is worth it, i have lost a few pounds, and i will keep losing more if i just keep going with it. But i have read this my self to, and pro diet is just a bunch of reciepes and a bit more, and healthy food reciepes you can find on this link it's a really good way to lose fat just follow the recipes and what the doctor whom has wrote the book says, and combine it with this torrent and the work outs here.

Again like i said before we can't get it up here or anywhere else something wrong with file those whose downloaded it to. So it wont be possible.

I have sent you guys a link of another diet, or you can just simply google up a good diet which you can follow. It will be easier and give a more positive result. Thats what i'm doing right now.

I think it is quite important to have the original diet Mike has set out for us, as in his videos he states that to get the best outcome, we should follow the diet strictly to the word. Potp1992, Is the file's damage or anything like that? Beacuse if you can't open the file it has to be something wrong there? But if " you can open the file's " You can either try to zip / rar / iso the 3 missing file's and then try to upload it. Or use any other upload send page? Maybe it will work! Or copy everything in the 3 missing file's and make 3 new one and rename them and then try! :) hope it helps!

This file we do all NEED, beacuse it say's how you should eat everyday, from monday to sunday, So this is the one that everybody els want's, The video you talking about is how to cook? It's dosent say how you should eat aswell. Hope you understand! And this is an PDF format so its no video!

I do understand that if anyone has not started thinking they need the diet .PDF should not even bother doing it. If you watch the intro and cooking video’s you already know Mike Chang does not even keep track of calories. He gives his five keys to the diet and all the info you need. In each cooking video he goes over what to eat and why. It comes down to 5-6 meals a day. Keep the meal portion size to one and half the size of your fist. 80% healthy 20% anything within reason. Really watch your liquid calories. You can do 700+cals in just juice a day easy. And that’s over a pound a week you could cut out with drinking water.

Guys like i told you all the files doesn't work and i also removed them a few days back.

I'm working on getting the PDF files from a buddy i hope if he still has them but till then you 'll have to wait or ask someone in the forums for it.

I removed the pdf files long before 7:th comment and belive me it not fixable even raymond has been on it, and he is really gifted with codes and broken files.

any way cheer for the love but seriously guys begging and asking won't help that much me and my friend here are trying our best to get it some other way.

i downloaded this file and everything is working perfectly. the cooking bit is good, actually learnt how to cook.
Guys, anyone here can explain how this works? From what I understand is that this workout is done on a daily basis because in his videos Mike says "see you tomorrow". But the problem for example phase 1 which is a 4 weeks workout only has until day 4 so I'm kind of confused about the program.

Do we have rest days (phase 1 day 1, rest day, day 2, rest day, day 3, rest day and so on) in between each workout day or we keep looping them weekly (phase 1 day 1, 2, 3, 4, rest 3 days, day 1, day 2 and so on) or every 4 days (phase 1 day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, day 1, day 2, day 3 and so on)?
Oh and does anyone know where I can refer to for the substitute exercises for home trainings? I do not have a gym membership.

You have it wrong.... LOL,
You should go on with the Phase 1, and RESTDAY only 1, just check the end of the video thats all? he say's only 1 rest day on EVERY phase, In phase 4, you do the 10 days workout and rest 2 days, or you can either do 5 days workout and rest one and so on! SO its not like Day1, rest day2 rest day 3 rest. Thats totaly WRONG and fucked up man! :D haha i hope you dident work out the way you was saying

I stll don't get about the RESTDAYS thing.Could you please tell me EXACTLY in which video and moment he says how much days to rest and in what order to go trough the days? I've had some experience with training and I find it kind of hard to believe that you can gain mass by NOT resting a lot.Also if as Beckeen said you have to train 4 days and rest 1 that means that you train 6 days each week which I think is strange atleast.Isn't 2 days training 1 day resting a better option?Thank you!

I know that and I read that but my question IS:HOW TO COMBINE THEM? You 4 days workouts are NOT ALL for mass...2 of them are Cardio days.Because there is a difference if you workout 4 days in a row and then rest 2 days or work out for 2 days and rest 1.I think the best training and resting combination is:
Day 1 work out (for mass Phase 1 day 1)
Day 2 you rest since you need to recover from the previous day
Day 3 work out (for mass Phase 1 day 2)
Day 4 you rest since your muscles need to recover again
Day 5 work out (Cardio Phase 1 day 3)
Day6 work out (Cardio Phase 1 day 4)
Day7 work out (for mass Phase 1 day 1)
Day 8 REST since you've been training the last 3 days and you need to REST.
Resting is cruical that's why I'm asking so much.

If everyone of you guys want to know HOW to rest. Check that in phase 1 and phase 2, And phase 3 no rest at all, So i dont think its just shit talking in the video and the text documentry will be the right thing to do? :) Well you do what ever you want to do whats feels right for you, i go what he say's in the video!
Epickup: If you want to see what he writed to me just check he's fane page, But you have to scroll down long way! And you will see what he said! :) And also one other thing, You only work out at the gym 2 days and 2 days cardio? So why would you have to rest? when 2 days you are doing cardio? Then you dont work at with weight's at the gym, So i don't think you would be verry tired of this! :)

This program is stupid, how is it a shortcut if you're working out 5 days a week?

In his introductory video on the official website he says it's a shortcut and you can achieve abs by working out 3 days a week at half an hour each time.

Only in the full version do you discover that it was all a lie and you really have to kill yourself to achieve abs.

To anyone interested how long each Phase should last:
Phase 1 & 2 - 4 days of training and 1 day of rest and repeat that 6 times for a total of 30 days;
Phase 3 - 12 days of continous training (3 workout days 4 times in a row) and 2 days of rest for a total of 14 days;
Phase 4 - 10 days of training and 2 days of rest for a total of 14 days.

After you finish P4 you can do it up to 2 more times depending on your results, if the results are still not satisfying repeat P3 and P4.
